If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
ARTWORKS PURCHASED THROUGH THE WEBSITE – If you wish to return your artwork, you have 14 days to notify us after receiving your item, following which you will have a further 14 days in which to return the item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
WORKSHOPS – You can cancel your order up to 14 days after purchase (but not after the workshop date has passed). Please contact us directly to arrange a refund. We cannot be held liable if you are unable to attend the workshop for any reason.
